Rotary Funds a Well

A new well was drilled at Passagem in the Cubal Municipality, Benguela Province. There are over 2,000 kids in need of a school, with most meeting in old dilapidated classrooms, under tin roofing, or under trees. This project, to bring clean water to children and their families, was funded by Rotary International, Wilmette, Illinois. The Cubal Administrator said the well was handed over to the “school” and community, and “the water is flowing wonderfully – thank you!” Thanks to Rotary for another incredible gift, giving access to life-changing clean water!
