Taka is a rural village outside of the town of Chongoroi. There was need for a school, and this is an area where construction began on one of five small schools in 2013. Funds ran out and the building was left unfinished for five years until RISE was approached by the Administrator of Chongoroi. RISE agreed to partner to complete construction.

The 4-classroom school was joyfully dedicated in September 2019. The community is grateful to have a beautiful school for their children.
