Bela Vista school

Bela Vista, a site first visited in November 2017, was started by the government and abandoned because of lack of funds. In November 2019, the Ministry of Education asked RISE to complete it. The children have suffered and there are over 3000 kids, many in temporary tin classrooms and in need of a school. RISE decided to partner to move forward and completed the 15 classrooms. The school is beautifully maintained, clean, and orderly… a reflection of a good principal and leadership.
